Microsoft HD Skype Meetings este un tool free foarte folositor pentru utilizatorii care doresc video meeting-uri.
HD Skype Meetings se lanseaza din browser si pot participa pana la 10 utilizatori in primele 60 de zile, si maxim trei dupa aceasta perioada.
Puteti face share la ecran cu prezentari in PowerPoint si cel care initiaza conferinta poate folosi un “laser pointer” sau poate pune volumul pe mute. Exista un link personalizat de catre initiatorul sedintei, care poate fi trimis catre cei care participa, si cu un click pe el sa poate face join.
Cu ce este diferit fata de clasicul Lync sau Skype Business? Este free 😛
Ca sa poti folosi aceste functionalitati cu Skype Business, trebuie sa fi cumparat o licenta sau o subscriptie de Office 365.
Acest tool este similar cu mai vechiul Skype dar poti seta un meeting mult mai usor si mai complet si o poti face din browser.
Pana acum Skype Meetings era parte a softului Skype for Business care era parte din Office 365. In acest moment insa softul este de sine statator (standalone) si free.
